Meet our
head baker Marv.

With 35 years of baking experience behind him, Marvin has been making all of the delicious treats and your go-to weekly bread here at Cedarbrook. From the perfectly crusted rye breads to the deliciously flaky danish, he’s done it all. Beginning his journey in baking by training with a few old-school European bakers, before starting his career at Cedarbrook in 1988. He is now proudly our head baker of 30 years, but he doesn’t stop there! Marvin has also taken on four apprentice bakers, sharing his knowledge and expertise as they complete the Red-Seal baking program. Cedarbrook will continue to be the neighborhood favorite, all thanks to Marvin and his passion.
